The Sushi Chef Institute in Torrance, CA became TFT USA’s 25th partner and the first in the greater LA region! Chef Andy Matsuda (pictured standing in the middle) is a renowned sushi chef with more than 30 years of experience, and recently named “one of the 100 most respected Japanese” by Newsweek Japan (2007). With the support of Mr. Matsuda and others, we hope to expand in Torrance and Southern California.
